On May 27th, the Board of Directors was officially inaugurated as the Digital Twin Cities Centre’s (DTCC) supreme decision-making body.
Lina Vicsai from Ramboll Sweden was elected Chairwoman by the 11 members and will lead the Board’s work for the next five years. Lina is Head of Business Development at Ramboll and was an important driving force in the successful application process. Board member and DTCC host Fredrik Nilsson (Architecture and Civil Engineering, Chalmers) highlighted Lina’s qualifications in the meeting. “Lina’s background and very good understanding of the private and public sector make her the ideal moderator and Chairwoman for DTCC”.
“I am delighted and honoured to be taking on the role of Chairwoman for the Digital Twin Cities Centre, working closely with the Board and operative management team”, says Lina Vicsai after the meeting. “I am confident that with a unique set up of partners, representing both academia, public and private sector, DTCC is well positioned to contribute both with excellent scientific results, and research useful in a time when society needs to accelerate into more efficient, sustainable and resilient solutions”.
