DTTC receives grants from Trafikverket and CMB for visualization of health and sustainability effects in infrastructure models

Two project applications, MiljöVis II: Effective representation of health and sustainability effects in infrastructure models with a focus on environmental factors and social consequences and MålVis: Digitized goal conflict management in complex projects – Visualization of environmental data linked to health and sustainability effects were successful and received in total 4.35 million SEK in grants from Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) and CMB (Centre for Management of the Built Environment) for a joint 2.5-year long project, beginning in January 2022.

DTCC – GATE Workshop on AI enriched Digital Twins

This week a delegation from Sofia University and the GATE institute visited Chalmers University and the Digital Twin Cities Centre (DTCC). Among the many events and exchanges during the week was a joint workshop on AI enriched Digital Twins hosted by DTCC. The participants presented their work on semantic segmentation to enrich digital twins as well as several use-cases ranging from wind simulations to parametric urban planning and air quality analysis.
